Stitch’n'Bitch, Folkestone

by Editor on 3 May, 2010

stitchnbitchmonkeysTo say I was excited to hear there was a Stitch ‘n’ Bitch group in Folkestone is an understatement! (Ask my fiancé!) This group has been set up for people with a shared interest in knitting, sewing, crochet, to get together and share ideas, chat about what they are doing and get very excited about fabric, wool and craft books! (Something their friends and family may not understand!!) The format of the group is fantastic – there is no obligation to go – you can turn up whenever you like, and you can do whatever you want while you are there. Bring along anything you are working on at the time and spend a couple of hours having a cuppa or a glass of wine, while chattering away to your crafty friends. If you want to learn anything new from other members you can do that too.
The meetings take place every Wednesday night 7-9pm in Folkestone. If you are interested you can contact Susan on 07833108376 or smckenna8@btinternet.com. Please also search Stitch n Bitch Folkestone on Facebook to join the group page.
